Specialized präsentiert das neue 2021 Enduro Team. Mit dabei ist die deutsche Sofia Wiedenroth, die beiden Franzosen Kevin Miquel und Cecce Camoin und der Neuseeländer Charles Murray.
I am very proud of the team that we have put together for 2021 and beyond. You may have noticed our absence from the EWS over the last few seasons, but we took some time to learn from our previous experiences and we are ready to return with an exciting team. We realized that it is important to be present in traditional enduro events, but we are also extremely pleased to be present at e-bike events moving forward. Turbo is a very exciting category for Specialized and we look forward to racing the Turbo Levo in the E-EWS and other e-bike events. When it came to selecting the riders, it was a very natural fit. We are constantly looking for new talent and I believe that this team has potential to grow together. There is a good dynamic in the team with various nationalities and the banter started the minute we got together at the team camp in Finale Ligure. Francescu-Maria Camoin fährt schon seit einigen Jahren für Specialized. Der junge Franzose wird mit seinem S-Works Enduro an einigen EWS Rennen teilnehmen und für einige E-EWS Events auf das Turbo Levo wechseln.
Doch ein Franzose reicht dem Team nicht und deshalb musste ein zweiter her. Kevin Miquel ist ein absoluter All-Rounder. Er fuhr XCO, Road und BMX bevor er sich auf Enduro festgelegt hat. Kevin hat 2019 für einigen Wirbel in der Enduro World Series gesorgt und endete auf einem dritten Platz im Gesamtklassement.

Charles Murray ist ein 25-jähriger Neuseeländer mit dem Spitznamen Chazmaz. Charlie landete mit seinen konstanten Top 10 EWS Ergebnissen auf dem Specialized Radar.
Sofia Wiedenroth ist ebenfalls für ihr All-Round Talent bekannt. Sie ist seit über 18 Jahren auf dem Rad unterwegs und holte sich 5 German XCO Titel. Sofia baut ihr Können in den letzten Jahren in der Enduro World Series weiter aus, wird aber eventuell auch bei dem ein oder anderen Gravel Rennen zu sehen sein.
