So I’m finally back in Europe racing bikes! Landed in France on Thursday and made my way straight to Brioude for my first ever French cup. The track here is super short but packed full of goodness that will keep you busy for the 1:30 of fun. Really nice being back with all the Scott Downhill Factory team and welcoming Dylan Levesque into the team for 2022. Nice to have a small warm-up race like this before Lourdes in a couple weeks‘ time and I think the majority of the other riders feel the same way, takes a lot of stress off the athletes having to perform at the top level straight away. In the end, I came away with 14th with a time of 1:36.92, 2 seconds off the win. Hope you enjoy it! Massive thanks to Louis Citadelle for the extra clips!
