Für das Jahr 2016 gibt es beim Nukeproof Team einige Neuigkeiten. Downhill Legende Sam Hill wird neben Mike Jones, Joe Smith sowie Elliott Heap (Junior) das Team für die kommende Saison stellen. Sam startet nun im 4. Jahr für die Firma aus England, nach einer Verletzung im letzten Jahr ist er wieder topfit und fokussiert für die neue Saison.

Team Manager Nigel Page sagte dazu fogendes:
“All the riders are fit, strong and focussed after a good off-season of training and we are looking forward to the race season where we will try and achieve our racing goals and have a great summer riding and racing bikes to do our sponsors proud.”
