Youth + Glory: Episode 2 dives in behind the scenes of RockShox Trek Race Team athletes Vali Höll, Jamie Edmondson, and Tegan Cruz as they embark on an exciting season opener in Lourdes, France for the opening round of World Cup DH. It was the team’s first time in Lourdes and Tegan’s first-ever World Cup race, marking the beginning of a burgeoning career on the track. Vali did not hold back in Quali’s, strategically landing P1 for the first timed run of the season. Tegan and Jamie followed up with P12 and P32, with a breath of relief to move into finals. Finals day and with the time change and fresh temps, riders had to put in a solid effort to warm up. Vali rode strong and consistent to stand on the podium in P4 for Elite Women. Tegan secured P10 in U17, and Jamie is in good spirits after having made contact with a tree in Finals. With seven weeks between rounds, riders head home to prepare for the next race on May 20-21, in Fort William, Scotland.
